Updating your password regularly is one of the fastest ways to protect your MarTrust Account. Follow these steps to set a new password in under a minute.
1. Open Change password
Sign in to your MarTrust Account.
Hover over Profile at the top‑right of the screen.
Select Change password.
Tip: If you don’t see Profile, maximise your browser window or zoom out. On small screens, tabs may collapse into a hamburger menu.
2. Enter your new credentials
Current password – type your existing password.
New password – enter your new password.
Confirm new password – re‑enter the new password.
Verification code – open your authenticator app and enter the 6‑digit code.
Note: Use the authenticator app installed on your smartphone. If the code is rejected and you’re not set up for email codes, email [email protected] to request a new one.
3. Make it strong (optional but recommended)
We recommend passwords with:
At least 8 characters
Upper‑ and lower‑case letters
At least one number and one symbol (e.g. ! @ # $)
Tip: A memorable passphrase is usually stronger than a single word.
4. Save
Select Change. A confirmation banner appears when the update is successful.
Use your new password the next time you sign in. Your account is now even more secure.
