Setting up an authenticator app adds an extra layer of security to your MarTrust Account through multi-factor authentication (MFA).
1. Choose your authenticator app
You can use any app that supports Time-Based One-Time Passwords (TOTP).
Popular options include:
Microsoft Authenticator
Google Authenticator
Authy
Other TOTP-based apps
We recommend installing the app before setting up your MarTrust Account.
2. Link your MarTrust Account
Once you’ve installed the app:
Open your authenticator app
Add a new account
Scan the QR code shown in your MarTrust Account
The app will link automatically and start generating 6-digit codes.
Can’t scan the QR code?
You can enter a setup key manually if the app supports it.
If you're unable to use an authenticator app, contact [email protected] to request email-based verification (must be arranged in advance).
3. Enter your verification code
Open your authenticator app and get the 6-digit code
Enter the code in your MarTrust Account
If the code expires, wait for the next one and try again
Once accepted, you’ll see a confirmation message
Note: After setup, you won’t need to select Get Code again—unless you're switching devices or reinstalling the app.
