Your Security Code works with your Security Question and Answer as a voice credential when you call MarTrust or reset a forgotten MarTrust Account password. You set the code during your first login, but you can update it any time.
Tip: You need a valid 6‑digit code from your authenticator app to confirm changes. If you haven’t set up an authenticator yet, see Configuring your authenticator app for MarTrust Account first.
1. Open Security
Sign in to your MarTrust Account.
Hover over Profile at the top‑right of the screen.
Select Security.
2. Start the change
On the Security page, select Change your Security Code. A form opens and shows your current Security Question.
3. Enter new details
In Security question answer, type the answer you set before.
In Current security code, type the code you want to replace.
In Security code and Confirm security code, enter your new code.
Open your authenticator app and enter the 6‑digit Verification code.
Note: Generate the code in the authenticator app on your smartphone. If it’s rejected and you’re not set up for email codes, email [email protected] for help.
4. Save
Select Confirm. A banner appears once your new Security Code is active.
Support will now request characters from both your Security Code and your Security Question Answer before discussing account details.
