You can update your Security Question and Answer in your MarTrust Account whenever you need to. This information lets Support confirm your identity before discussing sensitive account details.
Tip: You set a Security Question during your first login, but you can change it anytime using the steps below.
1. Open Security
Sign in to your MarTrust Account.
Hover over Profile at the top‑left of the screen.
Select Security.
2. Start the change
On the Security page, select Change your Security Question and Answer. A form opens showing your current question.
3. Enter new details
In Current answer, type the answer you set before.
In Security question, pick a new question from the dropdown list.
In Answer and Confirm answer, type your new answer.
Open your authenticator app and enter the 6‑digit Verification code.
Note: If the code is rejected and you’re not set up for email codes, email [email protected] to request a new one.
4. Save
Select Confirm. A confirmation banner lets you know your new Security Question and Answer are active.
Your new Security Question and Answer are now ready to help prove it’s really you whenever you contact Support.
