If you need to change payment details after booking—but before processing—use the steps below.
1. Check the current status
Open Payment search and verify the payment is still Booked (not Processed).
2. Contact Support immediately
Email [email protected] with:
Payment ID
Exact amendment needed (e.g., amount, reference, beneficiary address)
Attached payment amendment form filled out with the necessary changes
3. Wait for confirmation
Support will advise whether the amendment is possible or if a recall and re-booking is required.
Note: Some changes may require a full recall.
