You can download a confirmation document for any processed payment directly from your MarTrust Account.
1. Go to Payment search
From the top menu, select Payments, then Payment search.
2. Open the payment details
Find the transaction and select the Details icon on the right.
3. Download the confirmation
Select one of the options and save the file:
Payment confirmation – single-payment statement
Batch summary confirmation – summary of the entire batch
Tip: Use the batch version if the beneficiary needs to see all payments processed together.
