We are writing to provide a further update regarding payments to Russia.
As previously shared, Russia payments remain temporarily paused by our payment partner due to their correspondent partner’s operational constraints.
We appreciate that this matter is time-sensitive and understand the importance of establishing a reliable alternative payment route to Russia.
We are currently progressing several potential solutions in parallel with 2 showing positive progress. If these continue to develop as expected, the service can be restored by the end of the month. At this stage, we cannot guarantee that timeline, but we expect to have much greater clarity next week and will provide a detailed update.
We are also communicating directly with potentially impacted crew members to ensure they remain informed.
Crew members can continue to use all other available account services as normal.
